Before The Skinny Dip was in this location, there was a restaurant in this building.  The renovation work was a massive job, and almost the whole building had to be overhauled.  Renovation work in Charleston is an added detail to jobs because in Downtown Charleston, there are many rules and regulations determining what you can and can't do to the historic buildings.  When the job was complete, a store called The Skinny Dip moved in and now calls this beautiful building their home.
